Pisang Goreng recipe (Fried banana fritters)

We went to a Mexican farmer’s market yesterday and saw many of the locals bought these mini bananas and we were offered to try some 🙂 I am telling you those banana was the best I’ve ever had so far 🙂

So, I google a little for goreng pisang (banana fritters) recipes and I’ve found some good one and did a little modification and they turned out awesome 🙂

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup rice flour
1 tablespoon corn flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup coconut milk (I happened to have those in my fridge)
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Bananas (sliced)
Oil for frying

Yum yum 🙂
Enjoy!
